I Didn't Believe Hypnosis Could Work -- Until It Changed My Life!
I was so desperate to feel like me again, I was at a point where I would try anything to feel like me again. For me, that meant trying something I had never before considered: hypnosis.
Medication for me didn't feel like enough. It wasn't getting to the core issues.

Grawben was absolutely transformative. I went to Grawben with an active autoimmune disease flare.  I believe one is born with an autoimmune disease based on how their body manifests stress, however you can reprogram your mind and body to let go of that pattern and working with Grawben did exactly that! Within the first 4 sessions I noticed a large difference, and with about 8 sessions I feel that I have truly let go of the patterns that were causing an active autoimmune disease. We additionally covered other areas of my life that I wanted to work with and I am feeling much better.
